The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because Brian called me during my recovery to question where I was?! Apparently he was tracking the tow truck and concerned about it's route. I was a bit put off, as I was the customer and calling to ask me seemed a bit ridiculous as I wasn't driving the truck! I was satisfied with the route George took and had no issues with our speedy arrival to the dealership.
